Fasting

Fasting

Fasting

Fasting is a completely natural healing therapy that has been used for thousands of years to aid, treat, and even cure many common maladies. It creates the same healing effects today.

And while modern medicine so often attempts to alleviate outer symptoms of a health condition, fasting affects healing from the inside out, getting to the actual source of the condition, helping to burn inferior cells and build new healthier cells and tissues.

Our bodies are capable of creating their own perfect healing if we allow them the opportunity.

Some of the things can fasting do for you?

  • help you lose weight and keep it off
  • cleanse your body of metabolic wastes and toxins
  • improve your skin tone and health, making you look younger
  • stimulate new cell growth, making you feel younger
  • strengthen your immune system and natural defenses
  • improve glandular health and hormonal balance

Epigenetics

Epigentics

EpigeneticsEpigenetics literally means “above” or “on top of” genetics. It refers to external modifications to DNA that turn genes “on” or “off.” These modifications do not change the DNA sequence, but instead, they affect how cells “read” genes.

Scientists now think epigenetics can play a role in the development of some diseases. For instance, an epigenetic change that silences a tumor suppressor gene – such as a gene that keeps the growth of the cell in check – could lead to uncontrolled cellular growth. Another example might be an epigenetic change that ‘turns off’ genes that help repair damaged DNA, leading to an increase in DNA damage, which in turn, increases disease risk.

Pure Water

Pure Water!

Pure Water

Once you recognize and appreciate that your body is mostly water, it’s easy to understand why proper hydration is essential.

Approximately 75% of our body is water:

So the water you drink becomes who you are. We are what we eat AND DRINK!

Pure water, Pure Air and Pure Food = Pure Health

While we know that fresh pure spring water is the most desirable source for water, distillation is the next best thing. I have been researching water for over 15 years and I’ve finally come to the conclusion that Dr. Gabriel Cousens is right. We can only guarantee PURE water through distillation.

Distilled water is aggressively immature so it must be re-energized and re-activated. Minerals (sea salt) need to be added back to re-energize it and make sure it does not leach minerals from our body.

Dr. Cousens’ Distilled Water Re-activation Protocol

  • Use glass containers for every step of the process when possible
  • Add either Ionic Minerals (Omica) 12 drops, Polar Mins (Premier Labs)12 drops or Pink Salt ,1/8th teaspoon (when using salt, I like Premier Labs Pink Salt because it’s harvested with wood and does not use nickel in grinding) This brings the minerals to 50ppm
  • Add Crystal Energy (Dr. Flannegans product. He’s an MD, pHD who’s studied water for longer than most of us have been alive) This micro-clusters the water for better absorption.
  • Vortex the water (This is a fancy way of saying, take a wooden spoon and stir it first in one direction, till you see that little tornado in the center, then stir it in the other direction.
  • Bless it. You can use Vav, Mem, Bet said three times or just bless it in whatever way you feel. (Vav Mem, Bet is said to return the frequency to pre-flood.)
  • Then, expose it to moonlight. The Moon is directly tied (tide) to water energy.
  • This may sound complicated, truthfully it takes under two minutes.
Raw Food Chicago

Plant-Based Whole Food

  1. Raw Food ChicagoLive foods.
It’s common sense right? A cooked seed won’t grow, but a raw seed will. Heating food over 118 degrees Fahrenheit destroys most of the nutrients in your food. Cooking food also diminishes the natural life energy.
  2. Nutrient Density. Fruits have more vitamins and vegetables have more minerals than any other foods on the planet! Raw foods are better quality; therefore you eat less to satisfy your nutritional needs. The heat of cooking depletes vitamins, damages proteins and fats.
  3. Enzymes. Cooking food destroys much of the natural enzymes (your body can also create enzymes, it just takes a lot of energy to do that). Eating raw eliminates this problem.
  4. Increased Vitality. You won’t know this unless you try it for yourself, but eating raw gives you an amazing boost in energy.
  5. Stronger Immune System  A raw food diet can protect you from acute diseases such as colds, flu, measles, etc. Raw foods maintain a healthy immune system and a healthy immune system resists disease.
  6. Increased resistance to disease! Eating a diet of raw foods can reverse or stop the advance of many chronic diseases, including heart disease and cancer. Remember, cooking creates free radicals, which are the major cause of cancer. When you lower the number of free radicals your cells are bombarded with, you lower your risk of cancer.
  7. Easier to Avoid GMO Exposure: Just avoid 8 things and you’ll be avoiding Genetically engineered products. SOY, CORN, CANOLA, COTTONSEED OIL, BEETS, ALFALFA (animal feed)and HAWAIIAN PAPAYA (50%).
  8. Eat as much as you want. As your percentage of raw foods increases you feel satisfied and have more energy on smaller meals because raw food has the best balance of water, nutrients, and fiber to meet your body’s needs.
  9. Less cleanup. Simply put, there aren’t many dishes to wash when you eat fruit and vegetables. Cleaning up after a raw meal is a snap. No baked-on oils or crusty messes.
  10. No packaging. Eating raw means less packaging all around (well, I guess you could argue that banana and orange peels are “packaging”). This means less trash in a landfill and more room in your cupboards. Win/win for everyone.
  11. Improved regularity. You should naturally have around two to three bowel movements a day. If you’re going less than that, it probably means your intestines are unhealthily clogged. A raw diet gives you more than enough fiber to keep you regular.
  12. Sustainability.Trees and oil reserves could be saved without the need for the paper and plastics used in packaging processed foods. There would also be less carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere when all the cooking stopped, and more oxygen produced from all the new orchards and gardens.. Eating food that’s been freshly picked just feels different. You feel more connected to the earth and more grounded. Eating lots of processed foods — frozen or from a box — makes creates more of a gap and leaves you feeling disconnected from the earth that sustains you.
  13. Saves Money. Eating raw saves you money on doctor bills, drugs, and health insurance.
  14. It is environmentally sound.  One recent study showed that, of the animals raised for food consumption in the US, the greenhouse gasses released by these animals annually is greater than the greenhouse gasses produced by all of the cars and trucks in the country. With humanity on a diet of raw foods the food industry would close up shop and take up organic gardening. This would save us enormous amounts of natural resources used to produce power for these industries.
